the Democrat Party and the mainstream news media are celebrating the indictment of a key White House staff member, then suddenly facts start to emerge that just might put a damper on the prosecutors case...We can only hope.

Libby should be more concerned with his so called "friends." Why didn't the other folks on the Hill who knew about her come forward. Woodward should have come forward sooner too, if nothing else but to save tax dollars and get his name back on the front page. If everyone and their cousin had come forward with specifics on what they knew and when then Libby wouldn't be facing charges and the RATS wouldn't be having a field day with this.

Until the MSM/DNC cabal, and its objectives, are fully exposed to America, the nation will continue in its confusion.

Elite media's cozy relationship with the DNC and liberal activist groups must be exposed to the American people ----****
Good luck. The old media is winning.

How could this case NOT fall apart? FitzHack killed it with his over reaching and stupid presser right after the indictments.

How is it that the media have filed a brief with the courts saying that Plame wasn't outted all while saying publicly that this WH outted her?
Major disconnect but I guess it's working with a naive viewing audience.

This has certainly exposed how MSM operates. It isn't pretty.

Sierra Times does a lot of good work.
One area they should explore is whether certain "big name" reporters have covert pasts themselves and have been used by leftist CIA operatives to push their agenda over the years.
Mr. Woodward appears to be a clear case of this agenda creation effort by elements of the intelligence community.

Major disconnect but I guess it's working with a naive viewing audience.Yes, it is working. The damage is done and the image will linger just as with DeLay. Both are moves to paint the Republicans as "A Culture of Corruption" as is the new Bush lied mantra. They seem to be after Cheney, too, since his name is being mentioned a lot lately.
They will drag these court cases out as long as they can and when they are eventually dropped there will be little mention of it. They are desparate to gain seats in 2006 to stop Republican programs and to get a running start of '08.
It is probably no longer necessary to mention that the MSM is the DNC handmaiden since they seem to have openly merged into the DNCMSM.

Woodward should have come forward sooner too, if nothing else but to save tax dollars and get his name back on the front page. If Woodward has come forward, he would have had to hire an attorney, face the choice of naming his source or going to jail, etc.
Too much time and trouble to report the truth.

Fitz and the Lamestream media are creating plenty of rope for themselves. When will they realize that?

Ambassador Joe Wilson bragged to the general that his wife, Valerie, worked for the CIA. And General Vallely is not the only person making such claims. Where are Plames W-2 forms? If she was covert the W-2s would be issued by a cover company. If the W-2s were issued by the CIA she worked for the CIA overtly.

Let's think about this for a minute. Here is my take. Suppose the MSN (specifically: Russert, Pincus, Andrea Mitchell, Cooper, Woodward and others) knew about Wilson's wife. They did not speak up in print on air or in testimony. Why?
What does this say about them as people? It says that they were willing to let another person go to trial and suffer for a crime they did not committ. For what purpose?
Isn't this what we see all the time from these "crusaders of justice" on their netwroks all of the time?
I ask you?

This latest twist by Woodward appears to be mostly cover and misdirection. Thirty six major news groups sent an affidavit to Fitzgerald laying out how Plame was not a covert agent and her name as a CIA agent has been widely known for a long time. The affidavit was sent last July. Since that time the MSM continued to target the White House administration for the "leak". Apparently an attempt to bring down a sitting President Bush.
Keep one eye on the real story at all times.
