The "chain" starts in 1999 when Joe made his first trip to Niger during the Clinton Administration. Valerie was the "connection" for Joe's mission that time also. If Bubba knew Joe, Bubba knew Valerie. Telling Bubba she was CIA would or would not have been a Security Violation?? Bubba telling Hillary would be a violation??
There are "couples" all over the Dem side (spouse privileges). The Repubs stand each on their own.
