TEHRAN, Iran -- A month after Iran saw its first satellite blast off into space, the government in Tehran says it can be used to spy on Israel.
The head of Iran's space agency claimed the primary mission for the Russian-made and Russian-launched satellite is to take pictures of Iran and monitor natural disasters, such as earthquakes. He admitted, however, its cameras can be pointed at anything, including Israel.
The Iranians said they will soon send a second satellite into orbit -- one that they built themselves.
A former Israeli deputy defense minister warned that Iran is using the satellite to scout for "places where a mega-terror attack can take place." He also said he fears the Iranian space program is part of a "strategy to become a global military power."

He admitted, however, its cameras can be pointed at anything, including Israel. As though they couldn't get the intel from Russia.

or just jam the signal either to the satellite or from it...maybe replace it with Friends re-runs, who doesn't like Chandler.

oh come on now, iran isn't a threat to israel-- bill clinton told us so! While on the topic of Iran and Bill Clinton, I believe Bill & Hillary Clinton are a greater threat to the USA than Iran is.
