I thought she might be interested in implementing it herself. She just wants to learn from the best.

Her husband was too busy selling our secrets to China. I guess he never got around to asking.

Umm... she probably wouldn't characterize it as fetus' rights, but as the rights of the woman to CHOOSE to have an abortion or not. But really, it's her right to appear to espouse conservative values, sufficently before 2008 that she's baring a torch for.

Is she for it or against it?

Did she when she went there? I don't think so.
She attended a women's conference there, of all things.

I know dozens of people that are Chinese nationals that have lived in China their entire life. Odd thing. Most have brothers and sisters, or multiple children.
My understanding is that only one(1) child is recognized (paid for) by the government. If you have more that one child it is your responsibility to foot the bill for everything. At least for the people I deal with on a daily basis there have been no forced abortions by the government of China. I know a 25ish yr old Chinese woman living in Shanghai that is planning on three(3) kids. But then again, that is a small sample of a billion people.

This is why the Clinton administration withdrew the U.S. delegation from the World Conference on Women in Beijing in 1995, right?
Oh, wait a minute . . . I smell some hypocrisy here.

I am for forced sterilization. If the liberals did this rather than have abortions, they can fornicate all they want without bothering the rest of us with their anti American ACLU tripe about choice.
Speaking of choice, I am pro choice. And I choose personal retirement accounts.

Didn't she go to a Year of the Women's conference in China during her co-presidency and endorse China's birth control policy??

You thinks she'd be smart enough to realize how transparent she is.
But...methinks she's listening to the "Yes" people around her that think she has more than a snowball's chance in 2008.
