Assistant manager Donna Summers called Ogborn into her office, locked the door, ordered the teenager to take off her uniform and confiscated her cell phone and car keys. According to reports by the Louisville Courier-Journal and ABC News “Primetime,” the McDonald’s manager demanded that the employee remove her underwear (presumably to be searched for contraband) and confess to the crime. Ogborn was given a greasy apron to cover her naked body and was later forced to do naked jumping jacks and perform a sex act on Summers’ fiance, Walter Nix.

Let's see - sexual assault, battery, kidnapping, theft - seems like this woman committed a lot of crimes. And was the boyfriend already in the office or was that a later date ?
No doubt about it: lawsuit. And she'll win.
Very strange. I wonder if they'd told this woman to put on a bomb vest and blow herself up if she would have done it.
Don't forget blackmail... It is likely that the employee was guilty of something which made her an easy target.
I wonder how long the line of lawyers was when they heard about this case, if a cup of hot coffee can get them tens of millions, this should get them even more.
I swear, I think if I were that girl's parent I'd have gone after that woman with a shotgun. Having read this story, I am dizzy with rage.
Having worked for managers that stupid, I believe the manager's story. But I still don't know why the employee was dumb enough to go along with it.
Seriously, though, all the assistant manager had to do was call the cops or corporate. McDonalds doesn't jack around. I know of two franchises that got yanked for far less than this.
Anybody that dumb doesn't deserve to win a lawsuit, (even if they are an illegal, which we don't know to be the case).
Particularly is the restaurant in question was owned and/ operated by the parent company.
I saw this report on Primetime Live. The lady manager was bad, but by far the worst abuse was inflicted by the lady's fiancee. He's the one who made her do naked jumping jacks and give him oral sex. He's been criminally charged and I think he pled guitly and got a light sentence.
Someone's going to have to sell a lot of burgers to pay for this.

Nope, she's not an illegal alien- she's a very pretty, innocent-looking 18 year old white girl. She seemed very meek and submissive, I expect that's the reason this happened.
