I see we're all sharing our favorite quotes from this article (loved "Pornistan," btw), so here's mine, regarding the demonstrations in Spain by the left after the Madrid bombings:

"united in sorrow" - i.e. enervated in passivity

Spain and many other EU countries are madly in love with these stupid demonstrations, which they do every time they are attacked by ETA, Muslim terrorists, or practically the next door neighbor's poodle. But really, "enervated in passivity" sums it up, because they feel that by getting out and whining they have actually done something. And maybe they have, because whining is the only thing they are capable of doing any longer.

I figure the reason the French insist on calling these muzzies "youths" and are so hesitant to stop them is because like the American left, in 1968 THEY were the rioters, and it was the defining moment of their lives, and they harbor way too much empathy for the kids doing the looting and burning.

They don't understand that it's a completely different ballgame. These kids don't want jobs, they don't want assimilation into the corrupt French society, they want to rape, pillage, burn, and murder, and they want to cut off French heads as trophies.

I will grant that French arrogance, snobbery, and racism created a situation in which these people were easy prey for Islamic Supremacism (which I call Islamism for short), but that's a done deal, a fait accompl/i>, if you will, and the only thing left for the French is to fight, adapt, or die.

p.s. I think I'm one of the few that uses Islamism as a short version of Islamic Supremacism, since most people prefer Islamofascism. I don't think it's so much a political movement as a racist movement and it reminds me of good old fashioned White Supremacism more than anything else.
