I know enough to know that McCain is a loose cannon and he votes, in most cases, for whatever behooves McCain at any given moment. I ALSO know he is one of the now forever infamous gang of 14, and as such, I think he's a snake in the grass that can NOT be trusted.
Sorry...but...that's really all I NEED to know.
In fact, the larger the margin of victory in the general election, the better chance to knock them off, because you can do so in the primary.
McCain votes our way?
He is killing us in the WOT the defense dept now is going to restrict even using dogs against these nuts.
McCain votes against gun owners all the time. He is for closing some loophole at gun shows.
McCain is for embrionic stem cell research.
McCain is for affirmative action.
McCain gave us that campaign finance reform bill.
McCain against drilling in ANWR.
McCain is for Kyoto Treaty.
McCain is for increased mileaged standards that the greens love.
McCain was against the nuclear option.
I could go on and on he votes against conservatives all the time.
He is annoying too. He takes issues like steroids, las vegas sports betting, reforming boxing, and makes them huge issues to give him more face time with his beloved MSM.
Oh wait. One MORE thing I know about McCain. I know that when McCain is NOT saying anything that favors Bush or his administration, the lefties/socialists all LOVE him.
That's good enough for me. He's a SNAKE.
Prove it.
You flat out make up most of the stuff in your list.

TOTAL RINO. I'll gladly help vote him out....would like to see a REAL Republican/conservative run against him.
McCain's changed a lot of his positions since then.
He used to be against stem cell research and now is for it.
Rinos move further left as time passes.
Maybe they care about America's future and believe that we should be exploiting other country's resources first and conserving our own for last use. That would be called being conservative.
Secondly, they know that the production in the ANWR is not really of much help in real terms for supply, and that the refining is the main prop for prices.
Yeah, we can get some Democrats in there if we work hard enough. Gerlach is one who is very vulnerable. If we can get Lois Murphy in, it will be much simpler because we can have all the district's votes against us instead of only occasionally.
sarcasm, of course.
