An Atkins bar and a can of Diet Mountain Dew suffice for nourishment as I work away at my desk. I do break for dinner when I'm at home as it is the only time I have to spend time with my wife before she runs off to work.

Speaking of which, I just got the current copy of Reader's Digest in the mail. Under That's Outrageous is a bit about government workers cashing in years of sick days not used. Upon retirement some of these people are getting a $100,000. or more.
