Anyone else happen to catch Mary Mapes on CNN's American Morning just now?
It was much the same stuff we heard last night on Larry King; however she sounds a tad more bitter and combative today. She deeply resents being made the victim of a "drunken blogging brawl (because that's what it was)".
Good people, this tippling-in-front-of-the-computer has to stop now. Just imagine how we could change America if we were all posting sober.

The worst thing about her appearances is that journalists KNOW she was sloppy with this story...they hate to admit it, but they KNOW that those documents are fake...But "professional" courtesy allows her to sprew and skate!
Things are different on Planet of the Mapes.
Mana, oh man, she is crackin' me up!
I wasn't drunk or nothin' but one time, I spilled some Tanqueray on my keyboard, and it must of shorted out 'cause I posted that I loved everybody and then I challenged JimRob to a fight.

I hope she is on every morning, afternoon, and night for the next month. There are few things in life so sweet as the lying voice of your enemy discrediting themselves.
Poor little victim. Just blow your little nose on those forged documents you used to try and bring down the President of the USA.
I drink and blog only with a desiganted brawler.
What are we supposed to think about this article? No one has told me in awhile what I'm supposed to think, so could you put me on the official "What to Think" ping list, please?
Thanks.

Wasn't she the one that "produced" that anti-American program a few years ago about the nerve-agent used by Special Forces in VietNam?

Mary Mapes then presented what she claimed was an original copy of the Declaration of Independence which endorsed Partial Birth Abortion. It was written in crayon on the back of an Eskimo Pie wrapper. She stands by her story.

Drink!
If it weren't for FreeRepublic, John F. Kerry would be President now. Think about that.

Now THAT'S funny! :)
