I wish all our people had guts like he has. He put it on the line to fight for these things.

The easy thing for Arnold to do, after winning, would have been to sit back - let the Democrats basically govern the state - and give interviews about the "extremism" of the "ultra-right wing" of the Republican Party.

He'd have a 60% approval rating in California and would be a media darling.

But he, despite what some here said at the time, stood and fought with us. We owe him.

What is he going to do now? Seriously? He's disappointed, as are we all, but now the idiot legislature has zero reason to work with him. Now that the unions have commandeered the budget, the only thing they can do is raise taxes.

He is a fighter when he wants to be. I hope he brings this again, and really does fight hard next time.
