Tomorrow is the launch of a TV ad campaign where the Iraqi Kurds say "Thank You" to America for liberating them from the oppressive regime of Saddam Hussein. Please watch the ads and post your thoughts.
"Thank You America" is the first of 3 ads that will run in the United States (beginning on Fox News Channel) and then thanking British and American troops in Europe and the Middle East.

Wow! I didn't know that. No wonder Saddam hated them.
Don't know how on top of Scripture you are, but the Old Testament talks about the Babylon captivity. These Kurds may have been the descendants of Daniel.

I watched the ads, cried, and got mad at the MSM all over again.
The Kurds get it and they're worth defending.
They'd like to be their own country, but if that's not possible, to at least have decent proportional representation in a united Iraq.
Great idea, this publicity for the Kurds. The more, the better. It will foil any Lib plot to sell them down the river.

Those pictures are what this is all about: People helping a country which has been crushed under a tyrant's boot for generations. Who could possibly think this is wrong? Who is that crazy? Elitist, racist Liberals and the MSM.
I did see the ads and love them. I will not see them on the alphabets since I do not watch TV, so am grateful they were available here.
