Aztlan activists, who see themselves as "America's Palestinians," want to carve out of most of the southwestern United States an independent, Spanish-speaking nation known as the Republica del Norte.

These guys need to be taken seriously. Not that they have a chance of successfully carving off a piece of the US but because they are uniting the drug gangs behind a common cause. They enlist in the Marines to get combat training and carry that experience back into the barrios. Best to watch them carefully.

Unrest is spreading all over the world. For what particular reason should America be exempt. Solutions exist on paper, but it would require someone with whatever it takes on a personal level, character, to work with the three levels of society to get it done. No such person is in sight.
