A lot of our Mexican illegals are not assimilating as well.

This is very true. I actually had the wife of one of our Hispanic workers come in (without calling ahead) and ask me to write a letter stating her husbands income so that she could present it for health care assistance for herself. She also asked me to state that he only gets 40 hours a week, which is untrue.
So I, who AM working, was expected to stop what I was doing for her, who was NOT, upon a moments notice while she waited, and further to lie about her husbands income. To my knowledge she has not worked since I've known her.

The elitists don't want assimilation.

You're right. The French elites have theirs, and that's all they care about. They're corrupt, selfish, and narcissistic. The French were against the war, not on priciple but because it cut into their graft. It would have required backbone and sacrifice. They'd rather let the American fight for them. And they'd rather let the Muslims clean their toilets. Why should they dirty their hands. Or sacrifice their young? The French give us the finger, and give Muslims a rope long enough to hang themselves with. They're charming. Oh so charming.

French elites -- it's only about them. Cradle to grave security for themselves, and joblessness for everyone else living in their country...

The fact that France is hell to so many of it's citizens doesn't bother the elites. But there's a price. As they've learned the last few days. The price of corruption, the price of letting people live in your country who are only there for economic benefit. The price of slavery lite.

The French should have turned to their immigrants and said "Do you want to be Frenchmen"? But no, they asked instead "Will you work cheap?" The French are reaping what they've sown ... to hell with them.

I remember many riots here during the sixties and seventies. As well as the those memorable events such as LA, Detroit Halloweeens, the winning of any championship.

Our disenfranchised do not riot now becasue they have everything they want. The sixties and seventies riots resulted in appeasment.

We will have riots again. As the public monies dry up the entitled will rise up.

Same here in Canada. They all saw "Independence Day" but they were too busy whining about how the Americans saved the world from aliens to note the telling scene of the whole movie -- where the President asked the aliens "What do you want us to do?" and the aliens said "Die."

The rioting is continuing because it can. If you know there's no penalty for what you're doing, why stop doing it?

The globalist right and the multiculturalist left united in the one world dream, and all the while France burns in the start of global Jihad against the West.

To be fair, that figure is not all "welfare spending" per se, it is total federal government spending in relation to GDP.

I think to be accurate, the US 36% includes all state and local government spending. The Federal share of spending is around 20% of GDP.

There was a terrorism expert on FOX last night saying this is a global attack called the "Ramadan Offensive". He implied that everything happening in the world is tied to this plot. I tend to think he's correct in his assumption.

I told my wife that very same thing last night....Last week, the local news here had a big splash on a "big gun cache" found during a raid on some suspect. There were four rifles, and maybe 10-15 handguns, and (horror) a Ka-Bar classic!!!!!

Shoot, what I have would have made that look like a pop-gun stand at a carnival......

Thank God I live in Texas and have the right to protect my life and property with deadly force if necessary.

Anyone who can't see the writing on the wall and does not posess a firearm gets exactly what is coming to them. As our society continues to fester and rot, the need to protect yourself has become as important as eating food.

Compare it to a hurricane hitting your area. You have plenty of time to do something about protecting your property, stocking food and water and, if possible, generating electricity. For those who just sit there and expect the government to protect them.......well, look at New Orleans.

I think that's the key. Americans aren't afraid to shoot back.

2nd Amendment and armed citizens keep them in check....

And the 3rd Way(4th Reich) Marxocoms in power know this and can't stand it....

They need and want their buddies to do to America what they
are doing to Euroweenie World.

Nope for our NWO domestic enemies to take us out they will need a plague of some sort.

And naturally some new laws...

imo

It's all about jobs says the story and the nightly MSN.

I say - BS. Why didn't our country have mass-rioting during the great depression? Instead of peddling newspapers to bring extra money home so his Mom and Dad could feed the family, my Dad should of been out burning cars and shooting at cops.

We're still living on borrowed time. All the welfare cuts, trimming of pork & fat, abolishing departments like the NEA and so forth won't accumulate to anything if we don't eliminate SS & Medicare as well. States that don't eliminate Medicaid will be in serious trouble as well.

The general "we" will never vote a fiscal conservative & Congress in. To coin a phrase... we all become mercenaries in the foxhole.

And we have guns. An unarmed society is a society that can only sit helplessly while they watch their cities burned to the ground by IslamoFacist animals. (My emphasis)

Yes, we have guns but of what use are they if not used?
Can you cite one example where the civilian population took up arms to quell a riot/disturbance?
The chances are that any civilian using a weapon to deter civil disobedience will wind up behind bars quicker that the rioters.

Yes, we have the guns but we don't have the ba!!s to use them.

Give the immigrants time. We have a high concentration of illegals in Los Angeles and surrounding communities. It is just a matter of time.

Unless you're talking about Pennsylvania.
Our state government does spend 36% of our state's budget on welfare programs. From what I've been hearing, it's a "don't ask, don't tell" handoutfest, with no adherance to the federal welfare reform act.
