So far, about 200 signatures opposing the Crescent. Minus about a dozen posts by Trolls.

We visited Shanksville last fall. The many personal tributes left by the visitors are saved by the local 'Ambassadores'.
The lives of so many in that small town were forever touched by Flight 93.
Being so close to the site where those heroic passengers gave their lives..... moved me to tears.
I will always remember looking over that field and saying: 'Thank you for your heroic actions which gave us hope on that horrific day'.

We owe it to the heroes of Flight 93 to make sure their Memorial doesn't contain an Islamic crescent symbol.

Intended or not...the planned memorial for the heroes of Flight 93 is a red crescent that can and will be construed to somehow pass on acknowledgement to the very Islamic extremists whom our brave citizens died fighting.
If nothing else, our enemies will get a significant moral boost and propoganda bonanza that we cannot allow to take place.
I cannot and will not support such a design.
I have started a petition and effort to enlist hundreds of thousands of Americans in opposition to this proposed design.

Forwarding to your email lists, asking them to sign and then forward on themselves, talking it up on other forums and sites, talking to relatives and neighbors...all of these are things each of us can and should od if we want this to grow into hundreds of thousands of signatures.
