The ethically challenged Democrat claimed the public is demanding that the administration be held to account. ..."the American people think that there should be an absolute cleaning of the house."
He's right, we don't want any more obese drunks who drive women off of bridges and leave them to drown.

We also have a damaged and tarnished Oldsmobile.

Most gov't agencies have mandatory ethics training each calendar year. Just the fact they attended doesn't mean anything.

"For example, he almost always told his audiences and interviewers of an event he said he'd never forget: Marines in his unit shooting four Iraqi civilians in a red Kia automobile."
It was seared, SEARED!,in his memory. The only problem is, like Kerry's Cambodia experience, IT'S TOTALLY FALSE. It just proves how stupid the media is to have believed any of this cr*p.

"Clearly there has to be a cleaning of the White House," Kennedy railed. "We have a damaged presidency and a tarnished White House . . . At a time when America should be reflecting its vision of where we want to stand in the world, what we want to do here at home - we are being subsumed by scandal after scandal."
Hmmmmm? Mister Peabody fire up the wayback machine!

Pot kettle black? Neurons finally overwhelmed by decades of alcohol abuse? Just plain evil? I have no conception of what's going on in this guy's head at all. Considering the power he weilds that's rather frightening. Any chance he'd ever be voted out of office? I heard a black conservative wants to take him on.

I guess we're in the midst of a redefinition of the word "scandal."

Kennedy told NBC's "Meet the Press": "I think ethics has to be more than a class, doesn't it . . . Ethics has to be a much more basic and fundamental issue."

I can't believe it, but Tim got Ted. He read a quote about the Iraq war and asked Ted if those are the kind of statements for which Bush should be investigated. He said yes. Ted needed to do his homework. The quote was from Kerry and Tim had him. He was off his game for the rest of the show.
The new Demo line is:" We said it, but we were to dumb to know it wasn't true."
