Can somebody enlighten me on the 500 tons of Uranium. I have a vague recollection that this Uranium was under the supervision of the UN or the IEC prior to the war and was therefor a known quantity.

Is this true or not? If so, this is not much of a story. If not, then it is a very big deal.

There is a ton of evidence implicating Hussein with wmd materials and alliances with Islamic terrorists including Al-Qaeda. Just one example he gave the head bomber in the first twin towers bombing of 1993, who was also an Iraqi, sanctuary in Baghdad.

Simone also interviewed Arianna Huffington a few days ago. He asked her if anyone claiming that Hussein possessed wmds was a liar. She said yes. He pounced on her words asking her then if all the top Dems including Bill Clinton were liars because they ALL!!! vehemently claimed well before Bush did that Hussein had them. You should have heard the dissembling by the space cadet from Greece.

But seriously, who believes that even if we had found large stockpiles of wmds in Saddam's basement that the Dems would be with us? No amount of evidence will deter them from their anti-Bush stance.
