QUOTE OF THE DAY: "THE PRESIDENT: Thank you all for coming. I'll answer a couple of questions in a second. I do want to say how pleased I am to be here in Argentina, advancing an agenda that is based upon my belief and our country's belief that there are certain universal values. One of those values is that free societies are important to the progress of men and women; but free societies also require institutions that are solid and sound, institutions such as the right to worship freely, the right to write, say what you want in the press freely, the right to campaign and express your opinions freely. It's very important that there be solid rule of law and independent judiciary.

And so I'm pleased to be down here. It's a good place to spend Laura's birthday, which is today. I don't know if you knew that -- no, I know you did, okay -- but anyway, don't bring it up when you see her."

ENJOY YOUR VISIT TO SANITY ISLAND!

Good evening, Mike. Thanks you so much for the Dose. I find myself saying a prayer often during the day for the safety of our President and First Lady.

hey everyone.
wonderful pictures. i just can't wait until they come back home. i hate it when the leave the country. heck, i even hate it when they leave the white house, camp david or the ranch.
hope laura had a wonderful birthday and hope that they have a wonderful anniversary tomorrow ;D

busy week for me. very tired too. haven't been feeling well the past few days. i went to bed at like 9:30 last night and woke up at my regular time (6 am) and was still sleepy. so i took a quick shower and didn't feel any better. my mom said i had a little fever so i just stayed home. i think i'm getting a cold or it's just my sinuses, because the left side of my face hurts (eye, nose, teeth, ear and throat :(

hope everyone had a better week then me :)

Five years in the White House has done no damage to the First Lady at all. She seems to just sparkle. Unbelievable woman.
