Did 'revoked' living willkill communicative man?

Family members are investigating what they consider to be suspicious circumstances surrounding the death of a nursing home patient at the center of a life and death tug-of-war reminiscent of the Terri Schiavo tragedy.

Seventy-nine-year-old Jimmy Chambers died in the early morning hours of Oct. 24 after the tracheotomy tubes that deliver oxygen from a ventilator to a hole in his neck became unhooked. Family members were told Chambers, a resident of the Anne Maria Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in North Augusta, S.C., apparently pulled the interlocking tubes apart.

"We're having it investigated. We're just incredulous," Chambers' daughter, Deanna Potter, told WND in reference to her siblings. "The last time I saw dad he was blowing me a kiss. I blew him one and he blew one back."

The retired dispatcher for Holland Motor Express died approximately 10 hours later. His death certificate indicates he died of "natural causes."

"Apparently, suffocation is a 'natural cause' when you're on a ventilator. We're contesting that," said Potter. "He suffocated. He didn't just pass away. He struggled and fought. And I'm just so angry."

Potter estimates it would have taken 10 to 14 minutes for her father, deprived of oxygen, to fall unconscious, and questions why the nursing home staff didn't come to his aid.

"The oxygen-saturation meter and his ventilator both would have had alarms going off. Four-thirty, five o'clock in the morning you'd think someone would hear this," she added. "That's the thing that really bothers me and makes me suspicious."

"What someone else posted was exactly right. Baby boomers cannot arrive in their golden years thinking they are going to get equal access to ventilators and feeding tubes as their predecessors."

A year ago only a handful were explaining how euthanasia will be offered as the final solution to the social security/medicare crisis. At the time, that idea was glossed over and shunted to the side, so it took nerve to speak up about it. Now it's widely regarded as true, openly talked about, and is nearly a given. Evidence that this is the eventual plan is mounting up every day, and people still apparently do have the ability to wake up when presented with evidence. Clinton talking about people "not wanting to go to heaven", and then advocating healthcare rationing for cost-cutting -- in the same speech - did more to make people aware of the coming final solution than anything else had done before. He inadvertently energized the pro-life side.

Got to wonder why so much R&D money is being poured into medical advances to extend life. Very interesting topic in itself -

"Jeb Bush is playing both sides of the fence. Apparently, Jeb is advising people to not donate to the TerriPac. Of course not donate because Schiavo is endorsing mostly flaming liberals."

Yep. Principles have nothing to do with it. Jeb showed he lacked them - as well as a spine - last March. The wimp. He only said that because Mikey is endorsing Democrats. Yeah, Jeb can mouth the words that mimic morality, but it's for completely partisan reasons. Party before principle. Party instead of principle. Just another party hack mouthpiece.

"The same idiots who were for Michael Schiavo will still be for him. It's like the groupies the Menendez brothers have as well as Scott Peterson has."

You mean those idiots disguised as Freepers who wish us meanies would just stop tormenting poor widdle innocent, noble, saintly Mikey? The same idiots disguised as Freepers who say that our opposition to judicially ordered medical murder hurts the mainstream Republican party? Those idiots?

Well, the joke's on them! Because Mikey is campaigning for Democrats! Yeah, to them the Terri supporters hurt the GOP - and FR - and Mikey represents the mainstream of both. The joke's on them -- unless they were in on it from the start.

"Jim King had a bio on the internet but he altered it at one point to remove his Hospice Hall of Fame recognition. Maybe he's English - he looks like an actor in a Renaissance Fair scarfing down turkey drumsticks."

I was thinking he looks more like the boar they always serve. All he needs is an apple.

Even if I hadn't noticed it the red glow, I could have guessed it from his personality.

BTW, you're in the midst of a Sporadic Wampus Outbreak.....

"We now have an email address and opportunity to write to Michael Schiavo and tell him what the true meaning is of the sanctitiy of marriage and God."

I'll write to him here. Hi, Mikey!

Dear Mikey-poo,

Hi. I'm writing you here because it's not my custom to give hits to websites run by mincing primpers. Besides, would I want you to have my email address after the way your kin acted on the air?

Mighty impressive website you've got there, sonny boy. Did you design it yourself? I wonder. One thing seemed to be lacking. PACS have boards of directors, boards of advisors, etc. Where's yours? So far it's just Chairman Mike. Some PAC. As far as anyone can tell, it's just one guy with $8.00.

Mikey, did you notice how little time it took to find out who is really backing you up? Hardly any time at all.

"A closer look at the domain registration for TerriPAC.com shows the site is registered to NovemberGroup.net, a group that bills itself as a "full-service progressive campaign management, political consulting and project coordination company." Translation, Democrat fundraising organization. It's run by Democrat campaign veteran, Derek Newton."

How about that. You're being managed, consulted and coordinated by a veteran campaigner. A fundraiser. I think you only exist there as a picture and a name. It's happened to you again, Mikey.

What's happened? Look, Mikey, we all know you when changed your tune from wanting to keep Terri alive to wanting to dehydrate her. We all saw you on Nightline - how you fumbled over the most simple questions, and that your little shyster had to jump in and answer everything for you lest you verbally shoot yourself in the foot. It was obvious your couldn't figure out how to speak for yourself; obvious who was trying to speak through you, and obvious why. It was also obvious you don't have what it takes to do a PAC. And sure enough, behind your website is a professional consulting group, headed by a "Democrat campaign veteran".

Mikey, son, listen. Being turned into a fraud is worse than being one. You're not there at all. You're just a front -- you're used. Your rage has led to to become something very sad -- a professional puppet. A puppet just dragged out and danced around to further someone else's agenda; not necessarily yours or to your benefit. And when next year's new model puppet comes along, you'll be thrown in the trash like all the other puppets are after they've been used up. What a tool!

So that's how you'll be remembered, Mike. It'll be your legacy. Never your own man, just Mikey the Professional Puppet. But go ahead - this is your choice, and you know what your future is. So dance, Mikey, dance. Dance your little jerky, floppy marionette dance that someone has told you will make you important. Take pleasure knowing that by letting all the attention you get feed your vanity you have served someone else's purpose. Take pleasure knowing that behind your back they're chuckling about your usefulness for their purposes; and that you don't know that they only see you in terms of usefulness. Dance, Puppet, Dance!

Well, I'll try. :)

A whole bunch of wampuses, all at the same time? That's a thought that would even worry a wampus...

And the lies continue. For example, there are people who keep maintaining that Terri had expressed a desire to die.

This man did make his wishes known, and his wife of many years said, No, my dear, you are out of here. She is the one who went against his wishes. The doctor went along with the wife (for $$$ reasons???). The only way to get your wishes performed is to do all that you can to avoid the medical system. If you can't do that, then you are essentially screwed unless your immediate family and doc all agree on what should be done. Even then, you have nurses and others on staff who are death angels.

They all seem to play both sides of the fence. Look at Hillary! and her play towards moderate voters. Now that's scary. We can no longer look to our elected officials as role models.

People think all us folks from CA are liberal jerks, but there are a good number of conservatives out here. We vote, the court strikes it down, saying we didn't know what we were doing.

So remember, even if Mr. and Mrs. Average Joe Citizen vote for or against something, that doesn't mean their vote counts in the end.

As for mandated donations, they can have my lungs and liver!

I thought that "red glow" was merely red lipliner, to make him look like he hadn't had any sleep. You can also dust a little matte brown/gray eyeshadow under the eyes to fake lack of sleep...

On a serious note, MS knows exactly what he's doing, but why he's doing it is anyone's guess. I'd say money laundering.

No kidding. Just two days ago I was talking to someone who was still adamant that Terri had been on a respirator for 15 years. (And that kind, you can put the proof otherwise right in front of their face - and they'll refuse to look.)

I know. I've seen it a number of times there and in other states. So much for of the people, by the people, and we the people.

"So remember, even if Mr. and Mrs. Average Joe Citizen vote for or against something, that doesn't mean their vote counts in the end."

That's right, and the whole system keeps running by counting on people being in denial. Wake up folks - it's a sham. It's a scam. The idea that we're still a representative republic is as big a farce as the idea that we were ever a pure democracy. The idea that the Dem and GOP parties represent a choice - other than of style - is the biggest sham of all. They're just playing good cop/bad cop with the American people. Meanwhile both sides erode our liberty, sovereignty, and ability to be self-reliant individual people. By agreement. How long before my tagline becomes present tense?

Maybe the lack of sleep look is the best he can do to cover up being in a state of decay. Maybe he really looks like the Cryptkeeper - ie: outside matching inside. Anyway, I don't know anything about makeup on men.

But speaking of that - I wanted to make a movie about Mikey. Problem was, I couldn't find any 6'5", 250 lb. drag queens willing to play Mikey at any price. All the 6'5" drag queens felt it would hurt their reputation with the other "girls" on the street.
