Maybe the lack of sleep look is the best he can do to cover up being in a state of decay. Maybe he really looks like the Cryptkeeper - ie: outside matching inside. Anyway, I don't know anything about makeup on men.
But speaking of that - I wanted to make a movie about Mikey. Problem was, I couldn't find any 6'5", 250 lb. drag queens willing to play Mikey at any price. All the 6'5" drag queens felt it would hurt their reputation with the other "girls" on the street.
Makeup can create many illusions. I remember that pic someone posted of MS, and he did look like a corpse.

I happened to be in the neck of the woods of Mikey's sprawling estate. It is by where Terri's cremains are but insiders at the cemetary note that he's not a regular visitor. Mikey lives off of a major thoroughfare, let me clarify. I am not going into his neighborhood. You see one sprawling estate, you've seen them all. Terri's money had to have built the place.
