Did 'revoked' living willkill communicative man?

Family members are investigating what they consider to be suspicious circumstances surrounding the death of a nursing home patient at the center of a life and death tug-of-war reminiscent of the Terri Schiavo tragedy.

Seventy-nine-year-old Jimmy Chambers died in the early morning hours of Oct. 24 after the tracheotomy tubes that deliver oxygen from a ventilator to a hole in his neck became unhooked. Family members were told Chambers, a resident of the Anne Maria Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in North Augusta, S.C., apparently pulled the interlocking tubes apart.

"We're having it investigated. We're just incredulous," Chambers' daughter, Deanna Potter, told WND in reference to her siblings. "The last time I saw dad he was blowing me a kiss. I blew him one and he blew one back."

The retired dispatcher for Holland Motor Express died approximately 10 hours later. His death certificate indicates he died of "natural causes."

"Apparently, suffocation is a 'natural cause' when you're on a ventilator. We're contesting that," said Potter. "He suffocated. He didn't just pass away. He struggled and fought. And I'm just so angry."

Potter estimates it would have taken 10 to 14 minutes for her father, deprived of oxygen, to fall unconscious, and questions why the nursing home staff didn't come to his aid.

"The oxygen-saturation meter and his ventilator both would have had alarms going off. Four-thirty, five o'clock in the morning you'd think someone would hear this," she added. "That's the thing that really bothers me and makes me suspicious."

Yeah, it does. Sporadic Wampus Outbreak (aka SWO) it is.

"Point being you cannot defer to the institution. Go for the individuals."

Nor can you deter an institution from its course - unless you can make it clear to those who run it that unless they change their ways they'll have a shortage of individuals willing to risk working there. So go for individuals. It may be the only thing that works. "Working through the system" is a myth, and everyone knows that down deep.

Taking on individuals is a concept that will take time to catch on. People are conditioned to take on the institutional/corporation/agency structure itself. They need to realize these structures let individuals avoid responsibility and insulate them from the consequences of their actions. Then real progress will be made. And don't let anyone weasel away by saying, "I'm just doing my job."

That sounds like it's a case of fraud, and should be easier to resolve than the overal agenda of forced drugging will be. That is, unless the counselor is in on it somehow. It's interesting that the mother's a speed freak, considering the nature of some of the drugs kids have to take.

My concern was more with the overall picture. This is disapproved of in the DSM and prohibited by law - yet both the DSM and law are ignored. That's a problem. Usually parent's wishes are not considered. Often there's no exam to see if the kid can tolerate the drugs. More problems.

Biggest problem: The agenda that lead to the mass forcible drugging of kids. Why it's being done; and which kids are picked for forced drugging. That, when understood, is nightmare stuff.

FLA AG CRIST snubs whistleblower (my title).

The Attorney General's office filed their motion Wednesday afternoon.

http://www.northcountrygazette.org/articles/112405LawyerOvercharging.html

Lawyer Says Crist, Bar Refusing To Investigate Overcharging

JACKSONVILLE, FLA---Florida attorney Jeffrey R. Hill was employed by the Jacksonville law firm, Farah, Farah & Abbott, PA, in 2004 when he says he discovered the firm was regularly charging and collecting clearly excessive costs from its personal injury clients without their knowledge.

FV SAYS: DON'T WASTE YOUR VOTE ON CRIST 4 GOVERNOR. Crist is part of the Pinellas goopster gang.

PINELLAS COUNTY, FLA CAUSING 82 year old emotional distress. Is anyone surprised? (my words FV).

EDITORIAL - The Grinch Of Pinellas County

For 12 years, 82-year-old Frances Mirowski has begun each morning the same way---feeding bread crumbs and peanuts to the birds and squirrels her yard---its relaxing, entertaining and yes, gives her a purpose in life, something to look forward to every day.

But now someone is trying to stop her, remove this pleasure from her, even threatening her with arrest.

VISIT NORTH COUNTRY GAZETTE FOR FULL EDITORIAL.

Good Ole Boys

Regarding your story about Attorney Mark Adams (Tampa, Fla), I can relate with him about the good ole boys network.

*FV says: Most of these good ole boys are GOP. They are ruining Florida's GOP at the very least.

Crist isn't doing the job he has yet he wants Jeb's. I'll need to read the article now but Crist owes so many favors that Crist's attorney general's office is only for those who can afford it.

Further, you cannot really go to Lindsey Graham if you have a concern. He's too busy makin' sure that there is no teasing (underwear on their heads) of enemy combatants.

The euthanasia institutions are usually called "partnerships" but the individual whose life is at stake is curiously not in the so called partnership. It's between the judges, the attorneys, the death docs and the politicians who love them. Some partnership.

Bay News 9 Tampa Bay area just reported that some Florida law enforcement officer shot a woman in the shoulder with a taser and she died. That's all I have for now but they even taser kids here.

If Crist investigates, the officer will be exonerated and given a promotion.

Will convicted murder of four victims TOOKIE get clemency in California? Will the Governor of California show compassion?

Death row inmates get pardons and disabled people get death. Florida is the Starvation State.

This is outrageous about Tookie Williams. It is hard to believe this man is being portrayed as a hero by our media. Well, I guess not really.

BTW...thanks for the updates on the latest goings on in Florida concerning the race for Governor, etc....Florida is such a pivotal state, it is interesting to see how things are shaping up.

Too busy with that and other things, like signing away our national sovereignty and economic security; and erasing the border. I never will forget his interview on Hannity where Lindsey supported the appeals court's refusal to hear the Schiavo case de novo, as it was required to do by law. And Lindsey had voted for that law. Lindsey gave that court a pass, which gave the FL courts a pass, then Hannity gave Lindsey a pass! (Sean must've been scared of losing Lindsey as a regular guest.)

I apologize to the world for having supported Graham.

Took the liberty of updating your quote. :) Yeah, partnerships and "Limited Liability Corporations". But there's no such thing as a limited liability individual employee. So that's who to take on, from the CEO down to the nurse. For the abuse-reporting laws, include orderlies and janitors. Working for an euthanasia company gives no immunity to the actions of an individual person if they've committed abuse or terminated a life unwillingly. Also check out how many people must be involved before it's a conspiracy, and how many before it's a criminal enterprise/racketeering.

The cheerleaders for killing Terri always screamed, "the law is the law!" Well, the law is the law, and I'm just advancing a plan for proceeding peacefully and lawfully, completely within the law. Therefore they'll have no grounds to complain, and won't..... ;)

She probably will go to jail. The laws are just nuts these days. Personally, I'd shoot every pigeon I saw, but I understand that old people find comfort in feeding them, and other varmints. I love the squirrels, but rumor is that the ones up here are rabid : (

Face it. If you choose not to abort your child, the government owns your kid (and you)...cradle to grave. It would be nice if the woman could be located in a more accepting environment.
