She probably will go to jail. The laws are just nuts these days. Personally, I'd shoot every pigeon I saw, but I understand that old people find comfort in feeding them, and other varmints. I love the squirrels, but rumor is that the ones up here are rabid : (
Face it. If you choose not to abort your child, the government owns your kid (and you)...cradle to grave. It would be nice if the woman could be located in a more accepting environment.
If not jail, being that it's Pinellas County, they may just Baker Act her, put her money in the dummy trust set up for wards of the state and they'll bump her off when her money's gone cuz they robbed her.
