You would be correct.
One thing that gets me is the claim he is not blaming Home Depot for the glue covered seat, only for not responding in a timely manner. That seems unusual.
Any attorney in his right mind would be advising his client to not say that.
The fact that the man is talking with the press leads me to believe its a weak case and an out of court settlement is the main goal.
Its fishy, I tell you.
