Oh brother. we're subsidizing anti-US armies now... is there anything the US hasn't given money to??? I am sure they are spending millions to conduct a search for more opportunities to spend money.

Hey what kind of mobile launchers do we have? Also, do we have any rail launched missiles anymore?

This is pointless, unless they want to export it. The Russian ICBM program has always relied on lots of strikes, and huge warheads. If they ever pull the pin, we're all dead men regardless of what's up in Alaska.
What they have now is never going to something a anti-missile system can cope with, and they know it. I'm sure there is some geopolitical reason for this, but I don't know what it is.

Meaningless. A full scale nuke shootout between us and the Russians means we're all dead or glowing, walking zombies.

The administrative leaders of the Russian Federation aren't very bright, are they. ...pretty much as transparent as the Iranian leadership they're playing fog-of-war footsie with.
Iran will be dealt with despite any vain chest thumping. The Russian military has issued the same empty threat about several different missile designs since our anti-ballistic missile defense program first went public. Russia's military is really very weak and behind on technology.
New Iran missiles can reach London

The Russian militarians approve, that have received the nuclear warhead, capable to overcome antimissile defense of the USA.
We have an operational missile defense? The last I was aware of we had an airborne theater defense system in the testing stage.

Simple answer, add one pound of cobalt to each American warhead and a proximity sensor trigger.
The radioactive clouds of cobalt would overwhelm Russia's ability to respond for a few hundred thousand years.
Hard to stop fallout. Russia wants to up the stakes, we could respond with a doomsday weapon. Would bring the posturing and maneuvering to a complete halt for a generation.
While we are at it, demand Russia sink its ballistic subs, or we sink Russia, permanently. Since we are called the worlds dictator by all the world's dictators, bout time we dictated.

That's alright. Our defence system is designed to seek a second target should it be evaded by in-comings. Secondary target is Pootin's anus.

RE: Under the application of strategic purpose of Nikolay Solovtsova ordering rocket armies
I wanted to point out this specific language. We in the West would not talk of "rocket armies." To us, rockets are sort of a deadman switch, a fall back position of last resort. Anti Western forces, on the other hand, think of them as really big artillery.

WHAT ANTI-MISSILE DEFENSE?The last missile defense system protecting the Continental USA was the Nike Hercules. It was entirely dismantled in 1975. Nothing took its place. Nothing. We're on our own.

Russia says new Topol RS-12 mobile ICBM can evade U.S. missile defense 'doubt it.
To: HAL9000
Is this thing even legal? not that it matters...
This small, fifth-generation ICBM is the latest Russian land-based missile. It can either be carried on an off-road, unhardened transporter-erector vehicle (TEL), or stationed in silos. There was some controversy surrounding the SS-25, which the Soviets claimed was an upgrade to the SS-13 Savage. The United States claimed the SS-25 was more than 5 percent larger than the SS-13, qualifying it as a new system, and therefore a violation of the SALT II Treaty.
