Hey what kind of mobile launchers do we have? Also, do we have any rail launched missiles anymore?
To: Texas_Jarhead
Our mobile launchers are the Ohio class submarines. No land-based mobile launchers though.

do we have any rail launched missiles anymore? This concept never got off the drawing boards. Our sub launched missiles are our only mobile strategic missiles.

We have nothing, in terms of anything more than lauchers for very short range missiles. The US has never properly invested in ground mobility. The leaders are the Russians and the Red Chinese.

The rail and mobile missile systems were in the developmental stage but we never deployed the system. The MX program was to had a rail and mobile system but the idea was scrapped.
