Back in 2001, the Star Ledger did about 3 page coverage on the GuanDong Provice. I wasn't tracking stories then. But the conditions people are forced to live in is heart breaking. I wish I saved that paper. The reporter somehow had pictures of these skinny starved people and parentless children.
