Hi everyone, thanks so much for the responses. I promise to try to keep the snow up here Granny, and thanks to Cindy for the tips re: keeping the computer warm!

I can't wait for Thanksgiving - my hubby is off for the next week from his main job, so that'll keep me busier than usual... but it'll be nice to have him home. (o:

I don't think the kids get many snow days up here in Wisconsin. I don't think this town would close up unless there was a serious blizzard. I imagine if it was bad enough everyone would just hop on their snowmobiles! (o:

As for my kids - we homeschool - so they don't get snowdays, but occasionally I will let them out to play early if it's warm out. I'm hoping to get us all ice skates this year because I used to skate when I was younger, and I think the girls would enjoy it. That's one thing I'm excited about living back in the Mid-west for - ice skating without having to PAY! LOL Also, sledding will be fun for the kids this year. Snow didn't stick around too long in Denver.

OK well it's getting late and I've got to run. Talk to you all soon.

Take care,
LR

New OU Bombing Information: The search warrants and other documents were apparently unsealed by U.S. Magistrate Valerie Couch on Friday, Nov. 17. This is being reported by The Oklahoman and the AP. The documents reportedly confirm TATP found in the apartment. In regards to the amount it is not stated, except for a quote from a bomb tech that wasn't even involved in the investigation. The words of his suicide note are reported, as well as information from to apparently questioned individuals - roommate Cheema, and Triangle Frat Brother Lawrence Kincheloe.

According to an article from KRDO-TV Ch. 13 in Colorado Springs the FBI still maintains no known connection to terrorists, but it is unclear if this was re-stated recently or was a throw-back to previous statements.

LR,

I would love to go snowmobiling! That's on my list of things to do someday.

Our schools close for even an inch of snow. No one around here knows how to drive in the snow since it so rarely happens.

Enjoy your time with hubby this week. Blessings. -jer
