See you soon. :-)
Hi everyone, thanks so much for the responses. I promise to try to keep the snow up here Granny, and thanks to Cindy for the tips re: keeping the computer warm!
I can't wait for Thanksgiving - my hubby is off for the next week from his main job, so that'll keep me busier than usual... but it'll be nice to have him home. (o:
I don't think the kids get many snow days up here in Wisconsin. I don't think this town would close up unless there was a serious blizzard. I imagine if it was bad enough everyone would just hop on their snowmobiles! (o:
As for my kids - we homeschool - so they don't get snowdays, but occasionally I will let them out to play early if it's warm out. I'm hoping to get us all ice skates this year because I used to skate when I was younger, and I think the girls would enjoy it. That's one thing I'm excited about living back in the Mid-west for - ice skating without having to PAY! LOL Also, sledding will be fun for the kids this year. Snow didn't stick around too long in Denver.
OK well it's getting late and I've got to run. Talk to you all soon.
Take care,
LR
