The Threat Matrix

The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."

We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

Some think he is dead, others that he is hiding because he is scared of being killed.

Whatever the reason for the strange disappearance of Osama bin Laden, not seen alive since his last mocking video statement a year ago, he is no longer the face of the global "jihad" against the West.

Abu Musab al-Zarqawi { TM 25,TM 27 }, the Jordanian responsible for some of the worst atrocities in Iraq, has become the hero of the hour on militant Islamist websites.

Oops, some one on FOX NEWS just said this is a Ramadan offensive and will spread world wide. I certainly hope not. It has spread to Germany, Belgium, and Denmark.

That was Greg Copley from International Strategic Studies Association.

Mr. Copley mentioned that all the planning for al Qaida is done in Bosnia.

He said even 9/11 was planned in Bosnia.

I read the first few posts in the fist link of your #783. The french are caving in. The dominoes continue to fall. Reminds me of the days leading up to WWII.

France is burning and the flames are spreading throughout Europe. Not good. Not good at all.

FBI called in on Hill

The FBI and Capitol Police are investigating the vicious attack of a top Senate staffer at her home last week amid concerns that the assault might be related to her work on the Finance Committee.

Emilia DiSanto, chief investigator for committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), arrived at her suburban Virginia home after work Wednesday about 6:30 p.m. As she was unloading belongings from her car, a 6-foot-1-inch white man dressed in black struck her repeatedly with an unidentified object believed to be a baseball bat.

After she screamed to her family inside the house, the assailant fled. DiSanto was transported to Inova Fair Oaks Hospital, where she was treated for significant upper-body injuries. Nine staples were needed to close her head wound.

Yep. I retired all my great ramadan offensive links (pbuh, etc), but we have some posted on this thread. Let's see what I can find quickly in archives. Ok, only my Sept. 8th links specifically have "the great ramadan offensive" and the "spectacular ramadan offensive" in the titles.
