Ok, here is the reality. Nobody outside of Washington (other than us political junkies, and we are junkies) knows or cares about Scooter Libby. They don't care if he was indicted. Thus, this action by the dems will simply make them look like they are trying to re-debate the issues that were central to the 2004 campaign.

They think their only job in the Senate is to obstruct Republicans but they offer nothing worth pursuring in exchange.
