maybe it would be too much trouble to ask them to look into the Sandy Berger incident while their in there....and since when is stealing and destroying or losing TOP SECRET documents not a deed worth a Senate Intelligence Investigation.

Gee, what was Frist's first clue?
Ed Henry, CNN's Senate correspondent, barely able to talk with all the gurgle in his throat....

Very interesting. Considering that Rockefeller is synonymous with BIG OIL.

they've already had an investigation, as I recall, and issued a report basically saying Joe Wilson is a lying sack of chit.I suggest we get a copy of that report and/or call our Senators and remind them of that little tidbit.
Woodward was on Larry King's show last week and tried to hand the report to Sen. Chris Dodd, who refused to take it. Woodward, surprisingly, had to be the one to remind the left that they UNANIMOUSLY signed the report which showed that Wilson lied. Repeatedly.

Senator Frist is angry. Then get into caucus and start changing some daggone rules, Frist. What is it with this obsession with following rules that the other side scoffs at. I. just. don't. get. it.

Well, nice to see he finally gets it. Do the rest of the Reps get it yet?

This is a good thing. Alito is now filibuster proof.

Showing Dingy Harry, "never have I been so cencerned about my country, we have unbelieveble gas prices...majority leader House under indictment, deficits run up by President Bush's admin these last five years, wealthiest nation, poor health care, intractable War in Iraq, is it any wonder I'm concerned about my family, my grandchildren...

I think the Dems have discovered they're not going to block Alito, and they've got to put on a Dog and Pony show to distract their base from that issue.
This demonstrates their weakness completely.

They didn't get their way in the election, they didn't get their way on the SC nominee, they didn't get their way with Fitzgerald since they wanted Rove and Cheney but only got Libby....I hope they keep doing it because we only stand to gain more seats in both houses. This couldn't be going any better for us if Rove had planned it himself.
To: marajade
Except their doing it in the wrong house... impeachment begins in the House of Rep not the US Senate The planning and strategy will begin in the senate.
