Maybe we should just start a thread. What did the Dems say and when did they say it?

Seems to me I remember they told us a long time ago that when push came to shove they would simply shut down the senate. Yes, Fitzgerald let them down. No Fitzmas gifts this year so they will have to use Plan B to bring down the administration. That of course is the intelligence hearings to fry Cheney, Rice and Rumsfeld. All they have to do is dirty them up, smear them, and wrap the unpopular war around their necks by having the MSM hammer them enough for Dems to regain control of House and Senate. Then they'll be off to the races with the impeachment!

"Is Ried up for re-election in '06 or '08? Please tell me '06."

Yeah really. How awesome would it be to see him get taken down? I think it is a VERY safe bet that the GOP will be spending a LOT of cash on Nevada. If there is a good conservative Republican to challenge him, Reid is in trouble. He's no differen than daschle. Didn't change the tone of the liberals in the Senate at all. He picked up where daschel left off.

You're right Lady J, I won't support any RINOs (that means 90 percent of the GOP), I tell the phone solicitors to take my name off their lists.

I've been voting GOP since Eisenhower.

"They want to discuss pre war intelligence and WMD." Why didn't they discuss it pre-war? By the way, how many of these Democrats do we have on record as saying Saddam had or was planning to manufacture WMDs? And these statements were made BEFORE Bush was elected...

EXCELLENT, if only the MSM would this out to the masses who are mostly stuck on stupid listening to Mother Sheehan who is being asked to run for President, Joe "Lying" Wilson, and his COVERT CIA WIFE!!

If dems take control of the House in 2006, not only will Bush be impeached but also be found guilty in the Senate, even if the GOP is in control of the Senate.

"Fred Barnes must have read your post LOL he just about said the same thing on Brit's show just now."

Even Mara said the dems are not really accomplishing much with these tactics. Unless they can come up with more than they have right now. At least if I read her comments correctly. I would like to see a transcript.

That's what I've thought about dean and pelosi for the past year. Everytime they open their mouths, it's a GOP political ad in the making. I love it. 8) howard dean is the best gift the liberals could have unintentionally given us. 8) It's a beautiful thing to see. And I thought the punk mccauliffe was good for us. Then came dean. Happy days continue! 8)

My take on it is that the ones who did not vote for Bush will always rate him unfavorably, and from time to time he ticks us off too, but by their logic Kerry was a winner.

Heck, you could barely get a MS poll to give Bush FLORIDA.

I was constantly writing replies to my friends in other states who were screaming; "Oh my God, Bush is gonna lose Florida!"

Being pretty well involved in the last election, I laughed them off and tried to present the facts on the ground here, but after awhile, it got pretty annoying.

Of course, after the election it was all "in your face" from my end ;^)

"The Dems' own words would make some terrific ads..."

I keep a vid from the RNC on my homepage. Scroll down about 1/4 and look for "Kerry says it was 'not because of weapons of mass destruction'". Here is a small clip:

True. They only need control of the House to get it going and they are in business and home free.
