Clinton:Democrats can't be afraid to take on big issues? That kinda describes his entire presidency. RWR and GWB spent the better part of their first terms cleaning up after the lib-tards' messes, iirc...

For example, he (Bill Clintion) said, Democrats too often are unwilling to talk about abortion because they're afraid of virulent reactions from anti-abortion groups people who find murdering helpless babies repugnant.

Why does Bush 41 hang out with this scumbag???? Perhaps it's because Bush 43 keeps appointing Bush 41 and Clintoon to head up major relief efforts. Personally I fault Bush 43 for lending credibility and praise to Bubba Clintoon more so than I do Bush 41 (NE Repub liberal).

Clinton's still a smart cookie. He's encouraging his wife's political opponents to get hot, bothered and commit political suicide. He's Deaniac-ing them. The Libs still want to hear that they just haven't been yelling loud enough; not that they've been wrong on every major issue for the past forty years.

Holy buckets, what a load of crap. Where do you start unraveling the stink?

"Really? In all the houses I've been in, I've seen it in exactly ONE. A neighbor, and after that, I really questioned her judgement."
That's a very good point that you brought up. I go to estate/moving sales all the time in the Minneapolis area(very liberal). Usually I look for history books and tools. In all of the sales that I have been to, and I can tell you that the sales were from people of all walks and classes, I have never run across a copy of Clinton's book. I have been to sales that had predominantly Democrat books and sales that had predominantly Republican books. I honestly cannot think of a single example of running across his book at any of them.
A little interesting side note. IN GENERAL I have noticed that the poorer homes have very few or no books in their homes. The wealthy homes have a few decent books (usually expensive coffee table books). But the best history and truly informative books have been found in some of the middle class homes. One home that I would classify as middle class had a fantastic military history library. At the sale I hauled out over 200 books in that little adventure. Some people say I'm an addict, but I can quit at anytime. : )

That's a very astute observation, and it correctly points out what needs to be said. The Clinton's are about themselves and that is all. They do not care about their party when it all boils down. Oh, they'll try to underhandedly sneak in the liberal agenda whenever they can, but they are about themselves. One of these days the Clinton's (more specifically Bill) will break the Democrats hearts. I don't know when or how it will happen, but one of these days the Democrats will realize that they have been played all along. The Democrats may be little dummies and suckers for slick packaging, but sooner or later they will have a moment of clarity. And in that moment they may reject the Clinton's totally. No human being can suffer a constant con artist forever.

The ratmedia cheerleaders for the failing Whigs don't like to talk about these things, but here's a few
of the insurmountable problems they face, as they "retake power".
The end of big labor ATM access means no more union thug troops, no more union money extorted from members.
The loss of voter fraud through HAVA. PhotoIDs = Whig defeats.
The loss of Louisiana after the investigation. Won't go away. Won't be good for Louisiana Whigs. The local evil donkeys will register the refugee rats all over. You don't think for a minute they will let them vote absentee in NOLA do you? And HAVA won't let them vote twice.
The loss of Iraq as an issue. Things getting better by the month. What's good for America here, is automatically bad for the Whig Party.
The loss of plantation escapees jumping the fence. Blacks starting to listen to GOP and liking what they hear.
The loss of control of the Court. No more force feeding liberalism to America.
The lack of any message. An empty message " I'm not Bush." doesn't work.
Spokesmen and women like Dean, Moore, Sheehan etc chase voters away.
Gay "marriage" support. Oh for eleven last cycle with no upturn in sight.
Anti 2nd amendment positions. Gave us West Virginia, helped us keep Arkansas and Tennessee.
Shallow bench: Paul Hackett for instance. Demoralized Whigs state organizations means fewer new faces.
Continued defections. The ratio of Whig to GOP conversions in the last 10 years must be 10 to 1. This is one of the few areas that they consistently beat us in. :-)
Adoration of Partial Birth Abortion. Most Whigs that you see and hear about are devoted to PBA, something that chases decent people away.
For the FIFTH time in the last eight months, a national poll has reported that Hillary Clinton is too liberal to be president. The numbers in these surveys DON'T BUDGE. She has been judged too liberal by 38, 39,39,40 and now 41% of respondents
There is a term in Chess that fits the evil donkey's position very well.
Zugzwang: Compulsion to move. A German term referring to a situation in which a player would like to do nothing (pass), since any move will damage his game.
The Whigs KNOW they can't do nothing/say nothing as issues come up, so they are compelled to comment. But the reality is that there aren't any issues they can say anything on and not be wrong either with their insane base or with real Americans.
