I think Libby got charged for a crime in an investigation that found no underlying crime. Odd.

Regarding the foolishness of his indictment, Fitz replied, "That talking point won't fly." Hey Fitz, it flies right up your Astin Martin. (See Fitz' Astin Martin below)

Great, that Victoria tinsing (sp?) will be on today.

Me too. Is Levin going to be on Hannity's show today? I'm also looking forward to listening to Rush tomorrow.

I'm wondering why Fitz kept caller her "classified" but avoided "covert"
And yes, he basically was charged with saying he "heard the name from others first, and didn't even know it was true" and Fitz says that was a lie.
I don't get it... Fitz went on and on about how damaging it was out "a CIA Employee" and harmful to national security, then a reporter asked how it damaged things, and he denied to comment. Then he was asked if she was covert, or if she had anythign to do with the Niger trip and he said thats irrelvant to this case and the carges.
Meh.... distusting.
I just want to see him try to prove these things (that and he seems to take Timmy Russert's word as fact when he and libby contradict each other)
