Reality, I can't describe it but I know it when I see it..........

So they can "see" things that don't exist in the 3rd dimension?

Sounds like a lot of gobbledegook and hype over what amounts to a 3D color scanner. I'll wait for the upgrade to 5D when they add motion capture.

They always put something like this in their "Science" section... It's like someone there is just making up words and phrases and string them together to make long jargon-like sentences.........Kinda like our MSM when it comes to real science........

The four-dimensional volume-holographic microscope is characterized theoretically and experimentally by use of fluorescent micro-spheres as objects. Dang it! I wuz gonna publish that and got scooped again. I can't help it if my lab assistant used my flourescent micro-spheres as bait!
To: Alamo-Girl
I thought you had the exclusive on such topics.
To: Red Badger
These four-dimensional volume-holographic optical imaging instrument with the capability to return three-dimensional spatial as well as spectral information about semi-translucent microscopic objects in a single measurement is revealing possibilities of existence of life forms that is invisible and unimaginable in traditional methods. ....No way this can be empty BS. Nope.

Actually it sounds like they discovered light has a 'weird' wave structure compared to sine waves and white light is actually blend of the other colors.
Good to see India is keeping on the cutting edge....
To: Red Badger
Volume-holographic optical imaging instrument with the capability to return three-dimensional spatial as well as spectral information about semi-translucent microscopic objects in a single measurement is in use in different parts of the world for the last three years. ...yeah, "in use" looking for Chupacabras.
