As someone who worked as a network technician for Diebold last election year, I can tell you that 98% of this GAO report is utter bullsh!t and hair-splitting, and the other 2% is the result of buggy new hardware or software. Libs are just bitching because they haven't figured out a way to dummy up the precinct counts on these machines yet.

Must suck when you can't get a union thug to stuff a ballot box with paper, like in the good old days.
