what a shame she didn't at least get a up/down vote. I thought that is what we were all about here. Being fair. This will backfire on the Republicans.Let's just hope that the President will stay the course and nominate a true blue conservative!! I personally had faith in Harriet Miers.

Why is it unbelievable..what reasonable human being could withstand what has been thrown against them the last month. Who could blame her...it's been a despicable display from our side.
