Accusations and baseless charges are hateful, evil things to do to a person. It's like framing someone for a crime they didn't commit.

Facts are troubling things. Miers' involvement in IOLTA; her mediocre writing [what little there was of it]; her 1993 speech; her views of "self-determination"; her choice of Janet Reno and Justice Ginsburg as "role models"; her unsuitable answers in her senate meetings; and her general unsuitability to become a justice of the SCOTUS because her background has not prepared her for the rigorous requirements [in the 21st century] of that position ... while not, necessarily a crime [if you discount IOLTA] ... are not baseless accusations.

It's over. Let's move on.

"are not baseless accusations. "

They were baseless accusations when they were made before the hearings ever started. It is EXACTLY like being framed for a crime. Try again.

Yes it's over.

Until the next "wrong" nominee comes up.
