The prosecutor in the CIA leak investigation presented a summary of his case to a federal grand jury yesterday and is expected to announce a final decision on charges in the two-year-long probe tomorrow, according to people familiar with the case.

More darn speculation. Unnamed sources are not worth the paper they are written on.
Now, we are down to "people familiar with the case"?
From 22 indictments, to Dick Cheney resigning, to Howard Kurtz being a 1/3rd author of this piece...?!!
Somebody help me find my indictment,... said "I gotta find my indictment right now..
I'm lookin' for Rove..
I'm loookin' for Rove
Thank you J. Giels Band
Compost. Rove is clear, Libby a ?. Fitz ain't looking at them at this hour. ;^)
SOMETHING has to happen this week. whatever that SOMETHING is, will happen in the next two days.
I am still sticking to my prediction from last night - Libby and Miller are indicted.
But you can also see from this article how the GJ process is stacked against Republicans in DC - any jury they would empanel is demographically likely to indict any republican for any reason.

My mind thought the exact same thing. If there ever was a GJ which the dems could dream of - that would be it.
The Leak Grand Jury has leaked again?
Absolute fiction reported as fact by a major metropolitan newspaper, and they wonder why their readership is sliding toward zero.
So it sounds like Rove is in the clear and Libby will probably not be indicted but most likely Wilson is a in deep sh*t. Sweet!!!!
INB4TZ.
INB4TI(s).
My bases are covered.
how are you drawing this conclusion?
If Fitzgerald was planning on charging Rove, or anybody else, he would not have let the GJ go home today at lunch time. He would have presented the evidence and required them to begin deliberations today.
Oh, and if Fitzgerald doesn't announce anything tomorrow, as predicted in this article, WaPo will have major egg on its face. Not that this has ever stopped them before.
Really .. Fitz presented his 2-yr long case in 3 hours. Must not be much of a case!
Don't know what to make of this.
Fitzgerald told the grand jury that Miller was a witness so she isn't going to be indicted.
Sounds like Libby is in the most trouble and Rove they are trying to stick Rove with perjury. I don't know how Rove can be hit with perjury when he was the one that turned over the e-mails saying he had talked with Cooper.
