The gay-oriented Houston Voice has "outed" CNN's Anderson Cooper and Fox News Channel's Shepard Smith, charging that they "choose to hide and deceive -- and to protect their incomes and images -- at the expense of contributing important weight and star power to the gay civil rights movement." Managing Editor Kevin Naff claims in an editorial appearing in the current edition of the Voice that Smith once tried to pick him up in a gay piano bar in New York City and that Cooper dodged a question about his sexual orientation in a recent New York magazine interview by saying, ""The whole thing about being a reporter is that you're supposed to be an observer and to be able to adapt with any group you're in ... and I don't want to do anything that threatens that." Commented Naff: "Does he believe that female and African-American reporters lack credibility to cover stories since their minority status is showing?"
As opposed to all those hetero piano bars in NYC.
I'm proud to say I've never seen his show, but from the promos, I always suspected he was a little light in the safari jacket.
1900--- 104.4 males per 100 females
1940--- 100.7 males per 100 females
1950--- 98.6 males per 100 females
1980--- 94.5 males per 100 females
1940-- 66,062,000 males--------65,608,000 females
1950-- 74,833,000 males--------75,864,000 females
The US ALWAYS, I repeat, ALWAYS had more males that female inhabitants until the Second World War killed off a half-million men; a lot of GIs brought home foreign wives; some guys stayed in foreign lands after getting out; foreign men immigrated as always to the US.
America was built on the backs of young single men.
Who cares?
BongHit is gay??
Who cares?
I'm a helluva lot more interested in Laurie Dhue anyway.
WWhhhaaatt? Shep Smith is queer. Good grief!
Do you think he does? I don't see it.....
He's not my style at all....
Too small, too slight, too doughy in the face...
Elvis had sex appeal. Shep looks like an adolescent to me...
Surely, he wants you to believe that...
Sheppard Smith is not one of us. He is NOT Conservative or Republican!
Actually, I don't care one way or the other if someone is gay. It's when they try to shove it down society's throat that it's something great and something to be proud of and I have to like it or else I'm labeled a homophobe that makes my blood boil. They can be gay if they want to, but don't "brag" about it to me, cuz I don't give a rat's bootie what or who someone has sex with!
Yeah whatever.... and most of them eventually marry ... and most don't end up at gay bars in the Village.
This is why Shep is a huge Bush hater.
Yep, and he doesn't like the President either.
That made me laugh out loud!
Yeah, it is boring. It's just interesting that these dopes who are constantly sreaming for transparency aren't. I don't like their politics or their personalities... so I'm glad they are getting pub they don't want. Especially when they are so committing to ruining people...Mike Brown, Bush and everybody else that gets in the way of their news vans.
Not that he does in particular, but he does have a high forehead and the hair............
Nah, he's no Elvis...
He's more like Priscilla.
"I could care less what they do"
I think you meant "I could NOT care less ... " One of the most misused phrases in the English language.
1. Isn't it a little odd that only Fox News (the non-MSN) employees must be outed?
2. In this day and age, how much chance would Smith have of winning a libel suit?
3. It is an article of Faith on the Left that all of us right wingers are so stupid that we will light torches and grab our pitchforks and camp on Fox's doorstep until we can burn Shep at the stake, simply because some leftist fairy claims he saw Smith in a gay bar...
It's on this thread, I'll check which post!
