An uber-insider source has just reported the following to TWN:
1. 1-5 indictments are being issued. The source feels that it will be towards the higher end.
2. The targets of indictment have already received their letters.
3. The indictments will be sealed indictments and "filed" tomorrow.
4. A press conference is being scheduled for Thursday.
The shoe is dropping.

but you can bet if Libby is indicted, the left will use that term to apply to Cheney.
All that rhetoric does is justify a charge of civil contempt against Cooper, Miller, etc. for not testifying.
Witnesses and targets can talk all they want. It's the jurors and DA who are bound to confidentiality.

Miller - I'm guessing for perjury
Libby - I'm guessing for perjury or maybe for the actual leak
Possible:
Wilson - Could be indicted for anything (obs of just, perjury, leaking, etc)
Rove - Could be for perjury with the multiple grand jury appearances... somehow I think he's clean, though
Russert - a leaker? and also maybe Cooper - another leaker?
The Mysterious Mr. X - For the actual leak (Mr. X could be Wilson himself and/or Novak's source, or Novak himself, or a NYT editor.. impossible to predict)

Nobody knew, even from Novak's column, that she was undercover, which she might not really be since it had been over 5 years since she had "supposedly" had an assignment overseas.

Beats me. I'm not sure they are "leaks" as much as they are wishful figments. Something to feed the media, etc.
