It just makes me hungry for some KFC.

I made the mistake of eating there the other day. NASTY! Greasy and just blech!

Now, if you're ever in Kansas City, here's the place you need to go... Strouds! But you need to get there soon. They're closing the original restaurant at the end of December, due to a bridge reconstruction, and I don't know if they're going to move it to a new location. It's a shame, really. It started as a roadhouse at the end of a dirt road in 1933! It's absolutely THE BEST!

There's still "Strouds Oak Ridge Manor" up north, but it's not as good (IMHO), and one in Wichita too, which isn't anywhere near as good. I really hope that they reopen. I'll certainly miss it.
