I for one am sick to death of this issue, the enormous amounts given to victims, the incessant whining and on and on. All this attention and money yet the WWII memorial required PRIVATE funding and took almost 60 years to emerge from the inattention it received. /rant

True about the ww2 memorial, and even with that memorial the libs got in their digs when they removed "God" from the speeck enscribed in stone on that memorial.
