Is there a single case of a Socialist dictator in world history that has not killed at least a 100,000 of his own people and started a number of civil wars in other countries?

Very interesting. Chavez is really getting ready for something big.

I also read that the Spanish government is going to go ahead with the sale of naval vessels to VZ (which they had backed off on under pressure from the State Dept.) - possibly using France as a go-between. Quelle surprise!
