Absolutely, took me 3 years, in the end I waited outside the embassy in Moscow and after success with the interview we headed back. That was Aug, 2004. Still dealing with wonderful DHS (USCIS)
and just got a notice from them after having our adjustment application in since last November; "we received your application, current processing time is between 270-360 days"
What a scam. Unfortunately there is no border for them to sneak across, I did everything by the book and paid 10's of thousands of dollars for it. This is why I am so angry at the illegal immigration issue here. I am becoming more activist about it every day. Will support the anti-Herndon, VA effort to use money (our taxes) I want to spend for my children's education to pay for welfare for illegals. Nothing makes me angrier. The minutemen are going to be there and I am going to support them, but that's another thread. Anyone in VA, please help with the Kilgore election. Do something, anything.
