Julio Cesar Rabago-Magana, a Mexican man who raped a four-year-old child in the basement of Mercado Central in Minneapolis, Minn. Rabago-Magana pleaded guilty Oct. 23, 2002 to first-degree criminal sexual conduct. After serving his criminal sentence, he was arrested by ICE agents at his St. Paul home on March 3, 2005, and deported six days later.

There should have been nothing left to deport excepting a corpse bullet-riddled by a firing squad! 2 + years in prison isn't proper punishment for raping a four-year-old. Speedy execuation insures that this subhuman never crosses our border again!

Yep, that one leaped out at me. I can't believe this guy is still alive. I, for one, would be happy to help take care of the problem... Has anyone got some rope, and a tall tree?

"criminal immigrants"

Interesting to see how the lexicon war has evolved. The pro-illegal crowd likes to call them "undocumented workers." The anti-illegals used to call them "illegal immigrants."

Now I see that the "anti" crowd has upped the ante and now speaks of "criminal immigrants."

As they say, he who controls the language, controls the debate.

Maybe I'm slow here, but shouldn't a group called Immigration and Customs Enforcement be seeing mostly folks from other countries? How is it a surprise that most of the folks they arrest are from other countries? Shouldn't their number be closer to 100%?

Or is the surprise that we have so many illegals in our criminal system without coordination with immigration to deport them in the first place?

Well from the story, it looks like they were only looking for foreigners to begin with. It isn't shocking that 85% of those foreigners were here illegally.

This story does not say that 85% off all child molesters here in America that are caught are illegals as implied by your title.

"With an average of nearly 250 child sex predator arrests per month...."

And why WOULDN'T sex fiends come to America in droves? They are KNOWN by sight in their own communities. Why not go where they don't stop you from coming in, where you don't officially exist, and they don't even arrest you if they catch you there illegally?

Forign perverts doing the jobs American perverts have a much harder time doing.

This does not surprise me. No wonder the ACLU has come in support of illegal aliens. I'd bet a good percentage of those who claim to support illegal aliens out of "humanitarian concerns" also support NAMBLA.

Top officials at the Department of Homeland Security recently revealed that arrests for child sex crimes during the first two years of Operation Predator have exceeded 6,000 and 85 percent of them are criminal immigrants.

Wait a minute, Operation Predator is a program to go after immigrants who are child predators. Why is it any surprise 85% are immigrants. It's like proncouncing that speed traps usually catch drivers. Am I missing something?

Regardless of what the figures say (figures lie, liars figure) we are seeing way too many cases of sexual abuse at the hands of illegal immigrants.

This just shows that the problems we face with illegal immigration in America are multi-faceted and affect us in the areas of crime, the economy, national security, culture, labor, healthcare...the list goes on and it shouldn't.

These people should be incarcerated or executed on conviction.

Deportation to Mexico means he has likely already scampered back over the boarder to the US.

Mexico does not want him either; they probably dropped him off at a safe crossing area with instructions on how to cross.

Gee, 85% of 6000....hmm...carry the 3...use desktop calculator...

OK...so of the 6000, 5100 are "criminal illegals"?!

How many were "NON-Criminal Illegals", and by what contortion is that even possible?

Next question...of 6000 cases, is there a projection of how many cases there actually might be, like unreported projections, cases that might have been by Illegals, but either have not been confirmed or are being hidden under the rug, as it were?

But, I guess 5100 KNOWN cases of child molestation are ok as long as the price of lettuce is cheap, and those toilets get scrubbed, right?

Just "preying on children Americans won't"...my, that platitude DOES get old, now doesn't it?! How long have we been chafing at the sheer stupidity and arrogance out of thei Administration now?

Those of us who are against the Miers nomination have been SCREAMING about the level of condescention and outright hostility by this administration to Conservative issues...I guess no one was listening over the sounds of the...

GIANT sucking sound that the "Cult of Bush" has been making for a VERY long time...

"Kool-Aid now announces their brand new flavors, after extensive Washington test-marketing..."

"Blind-Loyalty Berry" and "Pro-Illegal Infiltrator Iced Tea"!!!"

I'm sure they'll sweep the nation...not!

He ALREADY served his sentence? That's ALL he got for raping a 4 year old child? They should have hung the SOB. We've got to revise our court system. He's probably back in the US by now.

You're right! He has been "deported", but there's absolutely nothing to keep this piece of garbage from strolling right back over the Mexican border and continuing to do what he apparently does best - molest children.
