Obviously this is just speculation, but if either Libby or Rove broke the law, then they should be prosecuted. The rule of law doesn't make exceptions for our political allies nor the rich and powerful.

And, while it is speculation, it strains credibility that Fitzgerald would put up a brand new website if he doesn't plan on indicting someone next week.

If he's planning on indicting next week he could just as well choose to wait until next week to put up this web page.

I thinks he wants the parties involved to realize they might look like fools if they get carried away in their spinning this weekend. They don't know what information he might put up that will contradict them. The spinners might find it they need to work a little harder and add a few more disclaimers to their spin.
