50 could cloud your next century.
Where's the barf alert?
In the event of a war in Korea,I believe our own msm(5th column)is potentially more of a threat than Kim2.Granted NK has lots of soldiers, planes, tanks, etc, but the overwhelming majority of equipment is antiquated, and i seriously question NK's ability to conduct longterm, sustained combat.
ah hahaha....
When planning to win a war, one shouldn't plan on it being waged on their own land. Besides, how effective will their "navy" be if they are protected in bunkers?
They will break some careers, and make others.
so much to nitpick:
>>>Tank battles in Korea will be fought on hilly terrains >>>without any close air cover, because North Korean >>>fighters will engage US planes in close dog fights.
for a few minutes...
>>>North Korea has the capacity to transport 20,000 special >>>force troops at the same time
That cannot be protected by them...
One nuke going off against us and the world would see something it has never seen since biblical times. The complete annihilation of a nation by sunfire.
>>> Kim is a survivor
I can just see Christane Amanpour describing him as "defiant" at his trial in Soul after the war where the media and euros, chinese, and russkies line up to oppose the american aggression. Oh, BTW, no WMD will be found in the entire peninsula so they must never have been there.
It is obvious that you understand what our response would be, while others just postulate.
LLS
Not unless it's done within the first 24 hours.
I agree with most of your post, but I'm not so sure about the psychology of NK's troops. They sound more like the Japanese in WWII - fanatic support for a god-like leader.
The US is going to have vastly superior intelligence and command and control ability, while especially after the first few hours NC is going to be fighting a with WWII levels of the same or less. That said, there is likely to be a period of time a week or two when NC commanders dont *have* to have much of the latter all they have to do is keep moving south, and if their anti-aircraft and anti-armor capabilities are sufficient, there is a real chance they could not be stopped.
If so within weeks, as we moved carrier forces into position and deployed other assests where we could, we woud achieve total air superiority and given an overwhelming intelligence advantage the ability to selectively target NC forces throughout the peninsula but thats a far cry from any quick ability to dislodge them.
And that would be quite a project.
Enough bluster in there for a Jihadi.
There, fixed it for you. ;-)
Haldol 10mg po or 5mg IM, and Ativan 2mg po/IM q6hrs prn agitation.
Call me if he needs restraints.
You can let him out on the ward again when he's been calm and non-threatening for four hours straight, but let's keep him on line-of-sight precautions. I don't trust this guy, nor his roommate, Kim.
Oh, and make sure you search his room thoroughly.
I'll be in in the morning. Call me if you need me.
THE ROK IS probably the most capable fighting force in that region, the NK's wouldn't just waltz through ROK troops, plus we have a lot of stuff in Japan that can hit hard, fast and over and over
Link to original broken - gotta link? :-)
Oooh a crack suicide squad. I wonder if they're with the The Korean People's Front, The People's Front of Korea, or The Korean Popular People's Front (only one member).
Luke: [on first seeing the Millenium Falcon] What a piece of junk!
Han Solo: She'll make point five past lightspeed. She may not look like much, but she's got it where it counts, kid. I've made a lot of special modifications myself.
I spent most of my life living through threats during the cold War.
This is small and insignificant in comparision.
