Unless it was a cheap POS that malfunctioned. But I have to believe that the idiot wondered just how hard she could pull the trigger before it went off.
It's a good thing I keep my guns locked in a steel safe. They're always accidentally firing on their own. Last night they went through seven boxes of ammunition. It sounded like a war zone in my closet. I just hope they don't figure out how to go fully automatic.

The gun was loaded and sitting there, just ready to ambush an innocent victim. It fired itself and we have to sue the gun manufacturers but can't because the Evil NRA and the Evil George Bush signed a bill preventing the "victim" from doing so.
