Astros and White Sox. There's a matchup to make a ratings-hungry network executive take up hard liquor. ;)

I'm glad at least one Texas team finally made it, meanwhile the Rangers' long wait continues. I'm just happy for Bags and Biggio, they finally made it. Now they need to finish the job.

The Angeles finally did it a few years ago. Good luck to the Astros. What made me most pleased this year is that the Hillary Curse continues.

As Bobby Kennedy once said "Now it's on to Chicago and let's win there." Hopefully with better results.

Astros and White Sox. There's a matchup to make a ratings-hungry network executive take up hard liquor. ;) Doubtful, those are the 3rd and 10th largest TV markets. Most Americans are glad it doesn't include the Yankees or Red Sox....

I was living in Houston in '80 (?) when the 'Stros barely lost to Philadelphia.
