"No. I think, Tucker, the president could have put forth Mother Teresa, and there were some on the far right that said, "Well, you know, she's not really religious enough for me."
I agree. She was always helping sick people and such. I never saw her going to church with a Bible in her hand like Bill Clinton. I think you could argue Mother Teresa wasn't religious enough. OTOH, I suspect she would have declined Bush's offer to put her on the SCOTUS.

"Does it matter, is this being graded? Do I care?"
That's what they all say when the teacher hands them back their compositions with all those red marks on them.

You and the other critics of our President can't shine his shoes!
True enough......he has enough people doing it for him. He just nominated his fan club president to the SCOTUS.
Your post sounds like something right out of DU." The DU insult is becoming a stock phrase for some on this forum. Here drink some more of this, I'm sure you are familiar with this drink:

It should be easy to spot. Just look for the posts with allot of misspellings and one syllable words. It just doesn't pay to hide one's English capabilities and speak on a liberals level to promote the support of liberals does it.

From where I'm sitting...right of center, you're far right.
It's all perspective.

I think you may have gone one step beyond the penultimate insult Miers' supporters like to hurl at true conservatives. You are to be congratulated.

Um no, besides that I did very well in Eng Comp, 95%. I do not need to be lectured on it. If a man thinks hios best resort is to attack a mans writing(on the internet of all place, lol) then he has already lost the battle.

Funny how these individuals don't even know that in today's political system, the FOUNDING FATHERS would be on the "far right"!
No doubt the in todays political system Founding Fathers would be immediately jailed and tried as revolutionaries, and labeled as unappeasable wackos!
I dont know Hamilton did believe in deficit economics
You don't know?? Ah tell yea Honey, they were a bunch of commies those foundin fathers were!

As a Florida resident I think Jeb is a TRUE conservative and has courageously defended those values. But his brother has so disgraced himself in that regard that I'm sure there will be a "carry over" effect on Jeb. In any case I think we've all had enough of dynastic politics. Bring in some fresh faces and let the games begin!!

I wouldn't be a bit surprised if President Bush is at least as smart as you! What disrespect. You and the other critics of our President can't shine his shoes! Your post sounds like something right out of DU.Now, now! Take this discussion no more seriously than GW takes vettings for his Supreme Court nominations, and you won't get so upset!

I don't recognize the acronym. Does it have something to do with the WWF?
